What TripleBits provides
Desktop applications and related services for creators and developers.
- Products are distributed through GitHub. Download links and release notes are available on each product page.
- Pre-release versions (alpha, beta, RC) are labeled clearly. Expect faster iteration and occasional rough edges in those builds.
- License validation requires periodic connectivity. If my services are temporarily unavailable, products continue working with a seven-day grace period.
Your responsibilities
You control how you use TripleBits products.
- Do not use TripleBits products for illegal, abusive, or infringing purposes. You are solely responsible for how you use them.
- Security research is welcome when coordinated. Please reach out before probing any systems.
- Sharing licenses or reselling access without written approval is not allowed.
Payments and licensing
Transparent pricing with flexible options.
- Payments are processed through Stripe. Taxes are added based on your jurisdiction.
- Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly depending on your plan. One-time and limited-time lifetime offers do not renew.
- Licensed products include a perpetual fallback license, so you keep access to a version even if you cancel.
- All products include a free trial period. Because you can fully evaluate before purchasing, refunds are not offered.
Intellectual property
Respect runs both ways.
- You keep ownership of the content, data, and assets you upload.
- TripleBits keeps ownership of the platform code, product identities, and documentation.
- You grant me permission to host, process, and back up your material only to provide the services you requested.
Limitation of liability
Products are provided as-is.
- TripleBits products are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- I am not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use of any products or services.
- You assume full responsibility for evaluating whether the products meet your needs.
Changes and termination
Policies evolve as the products grow, but I communicate changes clearly.
- I will post policy updates on the website and note material changes in the changelog. Continued use means you accept the latest terms.
- If a change is material and you disagree, cancel within 30 days and I will close the account with no penalty.
- I may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or put the platform, products, or services at risk.
- These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Polish courts.
